About Baby Shower Bingo
Bingo built for a baby shower: the same five-by-five card and the same rules as the classic game, but every square is a baby thing - a onesie, a pacifier, the diaper cake, the mom-to-be. Each guest gets their own card on their phone, and the board calls one long run of squares.
Every prize is live at once: a quick five, a full row, the four corners, a diagonal - each is claimable the moment somebody actually has it, and the full house ends the game. A guest who missed the early prizes is still in it to the end.
The columns are numbered one to five and the board calls the column with each word, so a square is easy to find on a phone screen. Every square carries a small line-drawn icon, and the board shows a one-line hint under each call for the less obvious ones.
Two to sixteen players and ten to fifteen minutes for a full run. It plays in the browser: the board goes on a TV or a laptop, and guests join by scanning a QR code with no app and no accounts. Square artwork is drawn from OpenMoji (CC BY-SA 4.0).
How a room starts
- Pick a game from the catalog — every occasion has its own room.
- Put the game's board screen where everyone can see it: a TV, a laptop, or a shared screen on a video call.
- Players scan the QR code (or type the room code) in their phone's browser. No app, no account.
- Play — everyone answers, votes, and scores from their own phone.
How to play Baby Shower Bingo
A short narrated walkthrough of the whole game, from joining on your phone to the final scores: watch the how-to video. It is one tap from inside the room too, so a first-time group never needs the rules explained.
Where Baby Shower Bingo fits
You will find it in the Baby Shower room, alongside the other games picked for that occasion.
