About Gender Reveal
Gender Reveal is a guessing game that saves the reveal for last. One guest taps 'I'm the parent' and fills in a private form: boy or girl, the first letter of the name, the due date, and the biggest craving. Everyone else just sees 'Shhh...'.
Everything except the gender can be skipped, which matters - a parent who has not settled on a name, or is not telling, should not have to invent one. The host then picks how many questions to play, five by default, on top of the reveal itself.
The game assembles the round from the parent's own answers first, then tops it up with baby trivia from a bank, and puts the boy-or-girl question last so the reveal is the finale rather than a footnote. Guests play against the clock and the board keeps score.
Two to sixteen players, five to ten minutes. The board goes on any screen, guests join with a QR code, and nothing is installed or signed up for.

- Whoever taps 'I'm the parent' first in the lobby. They set the answers privately and the other guests guess them.
